In the office: what’s it like working at Net Media Planet?

First time blogger

After a number of tips on blogging best practices from my serial blogger colleague Matt Ncube, I feel I am now fully equipped to tackle my first ever one head on.

I’ve been working at Net Media Planet for two years and I would describe the office culture as diverse, driven and hard-working. I work alongside some exceptionally talented individuals who are passionate about PPC – a formidable combination which has ended up delivering some great results for the company.

But while people work hard, there is also an opportunity to relax and unwind. In the office we’ve a Wii, an Xbox, a foosball table and a massage chair – things that always give us an opportunity to escape from our computer screens.

We also have a fabulous social committee (Soco) who organise all of the exciting staff events. We’ve been paint balling, boating down the river Thames, go-cart racing and to a succession of sumptuous dinners at venues all over London. These events really do give us the opportunity to socialise with our colleagues, not just work with them.

I thoroughly enjoy working at Net Media Planet: we work hard and we play hard, and when everything’s said and done – it’s the people that count.
