It’s a very exciting time to join our Programmatic team. You’ll play a role in the development of the agency’s integrated paid search and display proposition, as the importance of programmatic advertising is increasing all the time.
What is Programmatic? It means advertising bought in a real time bidding format. Machine learning is often used, but human skills are definitely needed; campaigns and rules need to be planned first, and client relationships need to be maintained. If you’ve ever wondered how adverts based on products you’ve previously viewed keep appearing, then this is why. A real time auction takes place as a web page loads, and the winning bid gets to show you their ad.
This is one of the newest areas of the industry, still very much in its infancy, so if you want to work in a fast growth environment, to be challenged every day and to rapidly develop your experience in one of the hottest sectors in the digital marketing industry, this role is for you.

You will be part of a team of seven people, working across a number of retail clients to deliver online programmatic display campaigns.
The emphasis of the role is very much on the end to end delivery of display campaigns, from the campaign set up and execution, to optimization and reporting to our leading retail clients. You will work with third party partners as well, from outsourced creative and ad ops functions, to retargeting providers. You will run reports and conduct analysis to support the Account Manager in the generation of campaign performance insights for our clients, and you will work with the paid search teams to deliver a rich and integrated service.

Training and learning- you will have the opportunity to become an expert in a new and emerging area of digital. With your DoubleClick certifications under your belt, you will be exposed to new DSP and adserving technology, third party data providers and viewability and fraud technologies. PMPs, native advertising, video and mobile advertising networks will also be part of the mix as you will support the team in developing and refining the agency’s approach to integrated search and display.
