This is a fantastic (and quite possibly rare!) opportunity for an experienced recruiter to work part time, putting those recruiting skills into practice in a more flexible environment. This role is a temporary position for an initial one month period and has been created due to the high growth plans of our business.
You’ll work collectively with a team consisting of Mark (Talent Manager) and Rahela (Office Manager) on between eight and ten live vacancies at any given point. We use a third party ATS (Breezy) to work collaboratively, both as a team and with the wider businesses hiring and interviewing managers.
You’ll be sourcing candidates, contacting them and assessing their suitability as well as presenting NMPi in the best possible light, arranging interviews and providing feedback. You’ll work on a variety of roles; sales, marketing, and delivery, at Graduate and more experienced levels.
