We are looking for someone to join our display team as Programmatic Account Manager and join a team of fun loving, highly sociable digital media fans.
Working across several of our most interesting retail and entertainment clients on programmatic display and paid social strategy, you will be managing a Programmatic Account Executive. You will also project manage the outputs of a team in our South Africa team, who will be working on your clients’ campaign builds and tracking.
Day to day you will focus on strategic thinking rather than implementing, managing delivery through your team, building client relationships and getting involved in pitch situations.
You will take a leading role in devising and planning the account strategy, working with the Account Director to develop the client roadmap, identifying new opportunities and media planning to grow your accounts.
We manage by outcomes which gives every individual the freedom to exercise their entrepreneurial talent and to take responsibility for the outcomes of their work. Every three months you’ll sit down with your Account Director to discuss your work, your progress, and your future plans. These Performance Development sessions are how you can progress your career at NMPi, and with the company using a roadmap model you can really see how what you do is connected to the growth of the agency.
