We explored the area of mobile conceptually and then moved to search. With 50% of all mobile activity starting with search, it makes sense.
I wanted the seminar to focus on what I see as the three key types of mobile customers – those on the move, those at home and those on the high street. I also concentrated on providing insight into how best to communicate and connect with these rapidly expanding potential customer types.
