You’ll be joining a growing Analytics team and department at NMPi. There’s four very talented and dedicated people on the team right now. The role’s primary function is to ensure client projects are being delivered efficiently and to scope and manage the team in helping them develop and achieve high quality deliverables for clients.
One of the most exciting things about this new role is the opportunity to shape delivery of work by implementing appropriate processes. We’ve created this opportunity to help the Analytics department grow, so there is going to be a lot of freedom to do things your way. A good example of this would be how you go about onboarding a new client; you will be choosing the best approach for delivering the end solution to the client, as well as shaping the teams output to achieve those goals.
Managing a team will mean not just taking responsibility for project outcomes, but also responsibility for the team members own personal development. We have quarterly personal development reviews to allow our employees the opportunity to track and plot their development in a structured way. As well as this you will also have day to day management of a Senior Insight Analyst, Insight Analyst and a Junior Insight Analyst. You will report into the Analytics Lead, who heads up the department.
We are a Google Marketing Platform partner and work closely with Google. Typical projects you will find yourself working on include GA 360 upgrades (extending clients functionality and helping them get the best out of the tool), marketing attribution projects to better inform a clients marketing spend, and insight driven project work, for example customer journey analysis. We work with a diverse range of clients across retail, media, travel and other verticals.
