Objectives.
Over the past 15 years, Supercheap Auto has experienced more than 25% compound annual revenue growth and has grown into a major specialist retailer with 290 stores across Australia and New Zealand, employing more than 3,800 staff members. In order to continue that growth, Supercheap Auto tasked NMPi with migrating their website to a new platform and increasing their online business sales.
Strategy.
Our core objective was the re-focus and re-build of how the product, category and store location pages were targeting keywords. The site is massive and was not targeting keywords effectively.
Besides handling all of the technical difficulties during the website migration, we managed to re-tag thousands of pages with the correct target terms which will in turn drive qualified traffic.
We also optimised their Google MyBusiness listings to align with the website and target specific “parts + area” related terms
Results.
We increased their organic revenue by over 200,000 AUD in one month! Other notable increases were: 24% increase in organic visits which amounted to over 240k new sessions, we drove 2,5k more organic sessions to product pages on a daily basis together with a 164% increase YoY with respect to the number of product pages users found through search. The re-optimised store location pages also performed extremely well, driving on average 20,000 AUD more revenue than before!
