There are two available positions.
You’ll be working in an established team of passionate professionals who know the digital marketing industry inside out and have been highly successful in bringing in new business to the Agency.
Focusing on our network of referral partners, you will regularly be at (virtual for now) industry events and meetings to foster and grow new partnerships. Having exposure to well-known brands from the outset, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of the team from early on in your career. You’ll be quickly up to speed with managing your own pipeline, getting involved in pitches and presentations, as well as running workshops to educate our partners on our services.
Alongside this you’ll also be responsible for supporting the wider new business team on larger pitches and projects covering a range of channels and scopes of work. This will include working with our delivery teams to ensure their expertise is leveraged.
At NMPi we have a strong emphasis on internal promotion, with team members recognised based on successful outcomes. Current employees starting in the same position have gone on to lead on specific services we now offer, with one making it into The Drum’s Business Develop top 100 sales people.
Last year, the team hit 100% of annual target despite the Covid-19 pandemic. This year the team has fresh targets and are looking forward to continuing to grow and drive success with you on board.
