Using custom tags, we launched RTB campaigns focused on segmenting users. The audience lists we collected helped inform our bid optimisation strategy to ensure we were always showing to those users more likely to convert.
All advertising focused on reaching new customers early in the buying cycle. Different creative messaging was tested ranging from brand to product to sale based.
In the first month of the campaign, sales from RTB increased by +42%, 78% of which came from new customers.
